The Yorba Linda
Spotlight Theater Company (a nonprofit, 501c3 organization) is dedicated
to bringing education and performance opportunities to the children and
teenagers of Yorba Linda. Spotlight is in its sixth year of production
and continues to grow each year.
2008 saw the addition of the
Spring Musical, Cinderella, in conjunction with our teaching affiliate,
Encore Academy of Performing Arts in Yorba Linda.
Theater helps children
and teens build confidence, both off-stage and on-stage. The theater
experience also builds long-lasting friendships. In addition to focusing
on a top-notch final production, the program is structured to provide a broad
first-hand education in the theater arts.
